Scheduling appointments to meet the needs of all people concerned is a difficult task. We attempt to make appointments at the patient's convenience as much as possible. We do have a certain number or after-school and evening appointments available, but it is not possible to see all of our patients in these limited times. These appointments must be shared by all patients and will be reserved for routine orthodontic adjustments only. Longer appointments are necessary for the construction and placement of the orthodontic appliances. These visits will be scheduled during school and work hours in the non-prime part of the day. This allows us to see the greatest number of patients possible in the prime, after-school hours. If you fail to keep a prime time visit, you will be asked to schedule a midday appointment to replace the failed appointment. Routine failure to keep appointments made for evenings will result in the loss of this privilege. We cannot promise anyone an after-school visit every time. Scheduling will be made after each appointment for the next recommended treatment. Many of our patient's parents both work and this presents an added scheduling problem. Often times relatives are available to bring in patients. We may also treat friends or classmates of the patient and that might lend itself to a carpool situation if they could be scheduled at the same time. You are welcome to schedule at any of our office locations if a certain day suits your needs better from month-to-month. Please note: If you schedule between different office locations, then it would be wise to make a note of this schedule to assure that you are heading for the correct office location.Print our office information to keep with you
