Food and Drinks to Avoid

Please keep your teeth clean and avoid the food and drinks listed below. This is not a complete list, it is meant to be a guideline. Avoid acidic, sugar filled drinks, they are very likely to cause tooth decay, permanent scars and damage to your teeth. Not only does pop contain sugar, but one of the main ingredients of most dark pop is phosphoric acid; which can actually disolve nails in your science projects.
