It is our responsibility to remain abreast of the current knowledge and techniques in the field and to deliver high quality care to our patients with skill and empathy. Dr. Klein does all irreversible procedures and all procedures that are critical to treatment (e.g. placement, activating and adjusting wires and appliances). He oversees all procedures and treats the patient at all visits with the assistants and hygienist doing many of the reversible procedures:
• Wire removal and retying of wires |
• Checking for loose or broken braces |
• Patient education and instructions |
We do respect your time, and it is mutually beneficial for us to be on schedule. Please keep in mind that we are working with human beings. As a result, there are always unforeseen glitches and little extra problems that creep up from one patient to the next (e.g. broken appliance or loose brackets or bands that have not been reported). Poor oral hygiene will require an additional appointment time for instruction. Our goal is to be on time. We have found that the more a patient is able to uphold their responsibility during treatment, the better we are able to maintain our daily schedule.
